Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our ethical, pasture-raised pork.
What does 'regenerative' mean for your pork?
Regenerative farming focuses on soil health and biodiversity. Our pigs rotate through fresh pastures, which helps sequester carbon, improves water retention in the soil, and allows the land to heal naturally while the animals live in their natural habitat.
How is the meat shipped to ensure freshness?
We flash-freeze all cuts at the peak of freshness and ship them in insulated, eco-friendly liners with dry ice. This ensures your pork arrives frozen or refrigerator-cold, even during the warmer months.
Are your pigs given antibiotics or hormones?
No. Our pigs are raised without the use of sub-therapeutic antibiotics or added growth hormones. We believe that a natural, outdoor lifestyle and a diverse diet are the best ways to maintain animal health.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer customizable 'Farm Boxes' that can be delivered to your door every 30, 60, or 90 days. Subscribers receive a 10% discount on every order and priority access to limited-run specialty cuts.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of frozen food, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed due to a carrier delay, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
How do I store and thaw my pork?
Keep your pork in the freezer until you are ready to use it. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend thawing your vacuum-sealed cuts in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours before cooking.
