Due to the perishable nature of our pasture-raised pork, we cannot accept physical returns of food items, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your order. If your delivery arrives damaged or does not meet our high quality standards, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all vacuum-sealed cuts are frozen or refrigerator-cold and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any defrosting or damage, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos to initiate a claim for a refund or a fresh replacement shipment.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and process your credit or schedule a new delivery from our regenerative farm.
